MR1100-100NAS SMI card switching

I just got a separate new SIM card from Consumer Cellular under a different account to be able to access more data . I tried to insert the new SIM card but It will not connect to the internet. The SIM card is activated by Consumer Cellular and alll the APN info should remain the same since it is the same company service under a different payment account.  How can I get this second Consumer Cellular Sim card to function in this Nighthawk MR1100-100NAS 4GLTE mobile riouter?

    Have you tried to factory reset the unit? 

    Would it still work if you will re-insert the original/first SIM card? 

    For testing, kindly insert the new/second SIM card to your mobile phone and check if Internet is working.
