MR1100 data disabled although devices connected

Hello all,
I purchased Netgear nighthawk MR1100 M1 online that has at&t logo. The seller said that it is unlocked and works fine.
I have put a ooredoo Qatar SIM card. It shows the ooredoo connection through at&t manager. I have changed the WiFi name and password. Devices connected to it. The SIM card is activated already. The main and only problem is that it gives out a message saying "data is disabled". I went to ooredoo Qatar and their technical partner company, without success nor explanation. Could anyone help please? It is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    You use M1 AT&T with Ooredoo sim. We do not have to be genius to make such conclusion that Ooredoo sim probably works best with M1 Ooredoo SKU.
