MR1100 device doesnt show data usage on device
My MR1100 Nighthawk doesnt indicate any data usage on the device have spoke to telstra they are blaming netgear ,netgaer are blaming telstra ,so what has changed why

Please provide the device SKU (MR1100-xxx).
Kindly access MR1100 WebUI > go to Settings > Nighthawk M1 Status > Device. What is the firmware version and PRI version?
Have you tried to do a factory reset?

I'm having exactly the same issue. I seem to be going round and round in circles. Telstra is saying it's Netgear's issue and vice versa. Are there any updates? I have the latest firmware NTG9X50C_12.06.08.00.
