Mr1100 dosen't work

I have 2 Mr1100 hotspots.One old and one new. I can connect on the old one no problem. But the new one says two devices connected and TV says connected, but I can't get any of my streaming channels to work. Netflix and Hulu both say "Cannot connect to the internet". What should I do?

    Please try to switch the SIM card of the old MR1100 and the new MR1100. 

    Have you tried factory resetting? 

    May we please know the device SKU (MR1100-xxxx) and firmware version?
