Mr1100 Ee connection
Bonjourno all
I'm 90 years old and terrible with computers. I recently bought a netgear mr1100 with an Ee sim in uk
Issue: error saying mobile broadband disconnected your data connection is disconnected
Have called through to ee who advise the problem is with netgear. Have tried amending the APN settings to what I believe to be ee settings however doesn't seem to change the error message coming up
Any help would be appreciated

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!Please remove the SIM card and hold down the reset button until you see a change in the LED.
