MR1100 Fails To turn on

When you plug in device with battery or not the NetGear screen lights up and turns off a few times with the orange led light in the corner and fails to boot up fully. Pushing the reset button for more then 5 seconds dont change anything nor does the sim card in or out. I think this unit needs replaced?

    Yes. Most likely, the device need to be replaced.
