MR1100 not sending out internet signal

- Jan 23, 2021Thanks for the reply. Actually it turns out that it is an AT&T issue throttling our service. I was told from our internet company that the router should be fine. Time to find a new internet company. Thanks for your help!

Sorry, I’m really not tech savvy. It appears that the MR100 is getting a signal from the AT&T tower. It says 4G LTE like it’s suppose to and shows full bars for strength, but it is not sending out a WiFi signal to any devices in our house that previously worked on WiFi before this week. I will check out the link you provided. Thank you.

We would like to verify, can your Wireless devices (e.g. laptop) detect the WiFi name of the router?
Kindly wired a device to the MR1100 and check if it can go online.
If it can go online, please access the MR1100 settings page to check the Wireless Settings.
1. From a computer that is connected to your network, launch a web browser.
2. Enter http://192.168.1.1. A login page displays.
3. Enter the administrator login password. The password is case-sensitive.
4. Select SETTINGS > Setup > Wireless.
5. Ensure that "Broadcast WiFi name SSID" is checked.
