MR1100 password wont work with ipad

Hi. My ipad refuses my password as incorrect even though the MR1100 is working perfectly with my Mac with the same password?

MR1100 has now stopped working with my MacBook!. I haven’t changed anything in the Mac,diagnostics state everything is working correctly.

    Hi P303,

    I wanted to check if your MR1100's firmware is up to date with the current firmware version. If so, then did you do a factory reset after the firmware update?

    Please let me know if that fixed the issue. :]
