MR1100 set Data Cycle on PC

I have a Netgear MR1100 that is using AT&T SIM to connect to cellular service.  Strangely, the SIM keep insisting that my billing cycle starts on the 1st of each month.  Unfortunately, this is incorrect and is resulting in our usage exceeding the limits of our provider.  I found a few articles on how to change that billing cycle on a mobile app, but that doesn't work for my setup.  We have it in Passthrough Mode so that it is routing the traffic to another router for my home network.  Because of this, the mobile app will not connect to the MR1100 to manage it.  Is there a way to make these changes without the Netgear App?

  • The MR1100's IP is 192.168.1.1.

Assuming your other router has a different LAN subnet (not 192.168.1.x), then you can just type http://192.168.1.1 into a web browser (even in passthrough mode, because the MR1100 will intercept upstream packets destined for its own subnet).

But if you have a duplicate subnet, your other router will not forward this because of the conflict.  If that is the case, you should change your other router's network to 192.168.0.x or 192.168.2.x or something different.

That certaily gets me to the Admin console for the MR1100...the problem is that I cannot find a way to edit/modify the the Start/End dates on the modem using my PC.  It seems to be simple using the Netgear App, as long as the modem is not in passthrough...but I can't seem to find how to make it work using a PC at all.  Any ideas on that?

The app is using broadcast (to the same subnet) instead of routing. The app wants to connect to the hotspot via wifi to be on the same subnet, but wifi is disabled in IP Passthrough mode.
