MR1100 update failure unit disply is frozen , cant reset

MR1100 - I followed the prompt to update software, and while updating, the unit froze.  I cannot reset access the router at all.  I tried rest button for 60 seconds, removed the battery and the unit always goes back to the updating screen but does not cycle to completion.  Any ideas?  Thanks, in advance!

      Thanks, Blanca.  I checked the website and tried to access support, but my unit was just beyond the 90 days, so my only path was to file a claim with the extended warranty I purchased with the hotspot.  This ended up with a return and a refund for the unit.  The Amazon price for a new unit has increased over 50% since I purchased my unit in May, 2019, so I relaced the Nighthawk with another brand.  It served me well for the time I had it, until the update made the unit unusable.
