What security camera? There are many models using different technologies.
Sorry didnt realize that it wouldnt work on all cameras.
Cameras TVT and Box TVT. TV screen LG

The MR1100 is just a modem/router that connects you to the Internet.
Security cameras can then work in various ways. Some are hard wired using Ethernet. Others can connect with wifi. Then there are those that have a mix of wifi and Ethernet.
The challenge with the MR1100 is getting everything to talk to one small device with just one Ethernet port.
You'll see from the discussions around here that some people need to connect their mobile routers to a separate router that can accept all the stuff they throw at it.
