MR2100 0 days remaining won't reset

I have recently bought a MR2100.  No matter what I do, it constantly shows that there are 0 days remaining for the billing start date.  I have just gone througha billing cycle i.e. the 9th and it didn't reset.

I've seen this referenced as an issue several times on this forum, but Ihave yet to see a definitive solution.  I've yet to try and reset, but is this really the solution.

The SKU I have is MR2100-100EUS

Firmware: NTGX24_10.17.08.00

  • So, I removed the EE sim and put in a Vodafone sim and this resolved the issue.  Clearly, this must be an issue with EE.  Could it be with the APN settings?  Some advice here would be valued.

      I did experience the same problem with a Telekom sim.

      I did solve this issue by adding authentication details to the APN configuration.

       

      Yes I think the APN database which NETGEAR is using has got faulty entries (user name, password and authentication type) ;-)
