MR2100 stuck on (0 day left)

I have this firmware update NTGX24_10.16.03.00 the counter is always showing "0" it was working fine before, and after the upgrade it stoped working. I reset the router more than 3 times and no success at all. How do I report this bug?

    Kindly access MR2100 settings page and check if it shows the correct data counter. 

     

    Please provide the following information: 

    - Device SKU (MR2100-xxx)? 

    - PRI
