MR5200 does not connect with recognized SIM

Good day,

 

I just unpacked my MR5200 Nighthawk M5.

 

The SIM is accepted after PIN entry, but it always says "Mobile broadband disabled".

It does not find a network. Not even outside the door, while my cell phone held next to it from the same carrier has almost full signal.

 

I just spent 30min talking to an Indian call center and can't get anywhere there.

Can anyone help me here?

ich habe eben meinen MR5200 Nighthawk M5 ausgepackt.

 

Die SIM wird akzeptiert nach PIN-Eingabe, aber es heißt immer "Mobiles Breitband deaktiviert".

Er findet kein Netz. Auch nicht draußen vor der Tür, während mein daneben gehaltenes Handy vom gleichen Carrier fast Vollausschlag hat.

 

Ich habe gerade 30min mit einem indischen Callcenter gesprochen und komme dort nicht weiter.

Kann mir hier jemand helfen?

    May we please know the Internet provider?

    Kindly contact the Internet provider to get the correct APN information and add it using WebUI.

      The issue is caused by a very weak internal antenna.

       

      I attached an external antenna and it worked then.

      All other devices in my home have no issues regarding connectivity.

       

      May it be a hardware issue or is is a known problem that you can solve by a firmware-update

       

      At the moment it´s under warranty so please let me know how to proceed.
