MR5200 (M5) Download Firmware

Hi guys,

 

I need to update the firmware of my M5 Nighthawk (MR5200); i suspect that it is not working correctly... impossible to connect to any internet operator.

 

I have the firmaware: NTGX55_12.04.17.00 (MR5200-100EUS)

 

Can someone give me a link to download the firmware ? Netgear gives only the app, but with the app impossible to download anyrhing. I would like to do it manually.

      Thanks for your answer. But because I do not received internet on my netgear routeur I can't do as the Manual user recommand (automatic update). I would download manually the file and then update on my machine. Because from the admin portail we can upload the file manually but it seems Netgear do not provide the file... so I don't know why this function is still available from the admin portal.

    Afraid no. There are no firmware downloads available. Updates are distributed OTA only.
