MR5200 manually update the firmware

How I can manually update the firmware if there is no files on support website?

My m5 is definitely broken, but the problem may be due to an update failure. The device can only work when the screen is off, otherwise it endlessly reboots after 10 seconds.

 

Unfortunately, resetting to factory settings does not roll back the firmware. And I can't find other versions of the software other than the one installed NTGX55_12.04.12.00

    Your device is on the latest release. You can try do a factory reset if you suspected the device was not upgraded properly.
