MR6150 Keep powering off by itself every day with or without battery

I bought this unlock from amazon and its on the latest firmware NTGX65_10.04.22.00.

and I use the original charger

I tried every single thing

1. with battery or without battery

2. WIFI on and off  (when its on no sleep)

3. IP Pass through

4. Tried USB  to charge only and tethering and charge

5. Screen always on 

Nothing works the device keep powering off by itself at least once a day.

The longest it stay on was 2 days.

My Old MR1100 stay on for 3 YEARS non stop never drop and never power off by itself.

@JohnPeng Im sending you the model.json see if you know how to fix it.

From looking  at this forum this is known problem with the M6 Pro with previous firmware.

Im paying more i thought I can get 5G service and increase the download speed (which it does) however

I dont get the same reliability as my old MR1100

 

Any suggestion or should i just return this?

Im gonna use this at remote location to replace my old MR1100 , i wont be able to keep going to that location to keep powering it on whenever it turn off by itself.

  • I'm in the same boat, worked for about a week and its been a constant battle for the past 2 months. I've tried everything short of getting it replaced.

      Please provide the modeul.json file and email it to me with your community ID. I will follow up on this.

       

      - Logon to the webui (http://192.168.1.1 ) as an administrator. Please log in to WebUI first
      - Navigate to URL http://192.168.1.1/model.json via the same browser window
      - Capture the results (by selecting all + copy) and send it back
