MR6500 5G N77 and N78 coverage 5G network coverage in Saudi Arabia?

Hi everyone!Saudi telecom companies have just started offering 5G coverage. I have already purchased an unlocked MR6500 according to the specifications on the Netgear website, it will work on N77 and N78. https://www.netgear.com/home/mobile-wifi/hotspots/mr6500/?_ga=2.140931701.619891991.1711976367-19256...I also found that N78 is a frequency band included in the N77 range.Once I did all the tests, it seems to be unconnected to Saudi telecom companiesN78 that are 5G enabled.I did some other searches and it seems that N78 is supported by some telecom companies around the world, but not by others.Any suggestions? Could it be due to lack of 5G coverage? Maybe a firmware update could solve the 5G connectivity issue in Saudi?Thanks in advance!

Hi kha4044,&nbsp;According to this KB:https://kb.netgear.com/000065647/Which-countries-can-my-NETGEAR-M6-or-M6-Pro-roam-in&nbsp;I think the best fit for you is maybe the one with the SKU MR6450-100EUS (Europe &amp; Middle East unlocked)You can provide your SKU product so that everyone can help easier (it’s behind of the hotspot, take out the battery and you will see)In my opinion, you should register your M6 on Netgear website and then contact with Netgear support about your case to get help from Netgear expert. Hope that your problem will be solved soon.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
