mr6550 cannot dual band

dual band worked until yesterday (2.4+6), now only 1 band work, 2.4/5/6 all work if i select only use 1 band.
if i choose 2.4+5 or 2.4+6, only 1 band will work, the one band that was last set to work, e.g. if i set 5 ghz only before, then when i set 2.4+5, 5ghz work and not 2.4. if i set to 6 only, then set 2.4+5, only 2.4 would work.
anyone can provide a working cfg file so i can compare whats wrong?

  • did you try a reboot? 
    Is this on battery power or on wired power? 

    Try a factory reset?

      tried reboot, try both battery and wired power, tried factory reset twice

        Is it still within warranty? If so, I'd contact support
