MR7400 became brick
Hello everyone, my MR7400 became brick after upgrade, the screen is black and no response, i tried to get download mode or fastboot mode also no response, and when i connected the brick MR7400 to my PC, will show a COM port Qualcomm HS-USB Diagnostics 900E, what should i do to restore my MR7400? Thank you so much!

did you try a factory reset? under the back cover, there's a reset pin at the bottom. Hold it for 10 seconds

yes, i have tried many ways, but the m7 has no response, hardbrick. i ask chatgpt maybe need firehose to repair.

The MR7400 was just released (march 2025), it should still be within warranty. I'd try getting in contact with support or wherever you bought it (sometimes an exchange where you bought it is faster than through netgear). Once you crack something open for more drastic measures, you void the warranty

Thank you! But the situation is very bad, I have already left the USA. I have no idea, i'm not sure if i can ship back and try to get a replacement.
