Multiple requests for software update
I have received several back-to-back text messages requesting a software update for my modem, however, the support website says that there are no firmware/software updates available for this model. I have searched the forums and this seems to be a recurring issue with no clear resolution. Have I simply missed the correct webpage or overlooked a discussion thread with the answer to this issue? I am out of my 90 warranty period, so I am no longer able to ask Netgear support directly for help.
