my aircard AC785-100EUS won't connect to 4G

I have AirCard AC785-100EUS before it was connecting to 4G without any problems

 

lately after the latest update it only connects to 3G only and wont connect to 4G ever

 

the sim card doesn't have any problems I tried it on another device and works fine

 

I did a reset to the router but it's the same

 

i beleive the update has something to do with this problem

 

any help please ??

    Have you tried to revert the firmware to see if this corrects the issue?
