My Nighthawk MR1100 connects off and on.

My hotspot comes on then disappears after about 20 min, sometimes less. The screen on the Hawk shows everything OK and the Wifi connected is showed on the tablet and my phone.but no service. Ive turned it off and on and then it works again and then goes out again. What can be wrong? How can this be the best router out according to gadget pros but it does this?

    May we please know the device SKU (MR1100-xxx) and firmware version? 

    Please describe the LED status if the issue re-occur. Kindly factory reset the device and observe connection.

      Check your cable try different one, change your power supply

      It's used exclusively for the cars monitors. Powered by USB 2/3 .0 Fast charge.

        Could you please advise which carrier you are using with the device? We know there is restrictions from Verizon network.
