The other shoe: My daughter is online to Shanghai every night and while her pings are usually around 100ms, occasionally they start spiking to 400ms and up/down speeds drop to the 20 Mbps range, and she starts losing her connection. She says this has started this week, for the last six months everything has been lickity split.
Is it our equipment? Is it the connection to China?
