Need newest Firmware for DC112A-1Z1MES for Zain Latest FW is 1.0.0.42
I would like to have this firmware to update my dc112a. I currently has firmware V1.0.0.4_1.0.60. When attempting the gui update it keeps failing.

I don't have this device but you can download the firmware. When you navigate to the firmware upgrade section in the settings, is there a browse option?
Advanced > Administration > Router Update.
Can you download the firmware and then manually install it?
make sure if you download it to extract it as its in a zip format.

Thank you for the response, I have tried the gui update but it says firmware is not for this router. I have also done a manual update with the stated fw file and it says invalid.
did you successfully extract it?
You can't just click on it. You actually need to either use a built in extractor or download one.
It'll error out everytime if its not extracted.
Netgear, can we please have a firmware upgrade path for the DC112A-1Z1MES(Zain) to version 1.0.0.44. This upgrade contains a security fix and is therefore essential.
Seriously Netgear, can you please fix so we who have invested in both a craddle and mobile modem to update our firmware, this is getting ridiculous.
I have been complaining about this for months and nothing has been done.
The DC112A-1TLAUS SKU hasn't been able to be updated since 1.0.0.42.
I have a support case oipen but that is just going around in circles.
They just released 1.0.0.48 and it still won't update.
I agree. Need the newest firmware that can either update the ZAIN version to a normal DC112 or something, please Netgear.
