Need to find AT&T PUK Code for Refurbished Nighthawk MR7400

Just purchased a refurbished Nighthawk M7 Pro 5G MR7400 Mobile hotspot router for AT&T and it is asking for the AT&T PUK Code to unlock the SIM.  Who or where can I get this information from?

    The SIM, together with the default PIN and PUK is usually not coming from Netgear (or from AT&T), unless you bought it from AT&T together with a brand new SIM, ready to register with your AT&T account.

     

    Consult with AT&T if the SIM which came with your refurbished MR7400 can be re-registered with AT&T (they need the SIM Serial Number, commonly printed to the tiny SIM card). Alternate, they will have to send you a new SIM card in  a carrier card, including both the default PIN, and the PUK printed on it, as part of your contact with them.
