Netgear 785 - stuck in 'shutting down'
This little device was a gem - always working. Since yesterday, after bringing up the device it immediately goes into 'shutting down' mode
I have been looking at the different posts on this subject in this community but didn't find a conclusive action.
What should I do to make it a gem again ?

Have you tried a factory reset? If you still can not get the device to boot and it is still under warranty I suggest contacting support.

Hi,
Pressing the navigation and power buttion as detailed in
https://kb.netgear.com/25853/How-do-I-reset-my-AirCard-785-to-factory-default-settingsis not helping neither.
Unless there is another way to do a factory reset, I will have to contact support.
