Netgear Aircard 779s turn on

Question

I purchased my Netgear Aircard 779s 3 months ago now haven't had any problems with it but yesterday while using it I lost connection so I assumed it was dead even though I remember it being at least 50% charged it won't turn on and it won't charge, what should I do?

I would try and pull the battery and plug it in see if it boots then or pull the battery and put it back in if its still not booting on the power cord I would suggest contacting support if the unit is still under warranty.
