I have a Netgear Aircard AC790S which is working fine and I can connect to the wireless SSID being transmitted from this device successfully and browse the internet on my devices OK.

I'm having this exact issue. The cradle says there is internet but it won't work via cable or wifi, but if i connect to the hotspot directly then it works. Any suggestions? I'll be down at that office later this week so I'll explore additional info and report back (if I remember)

turned out to be a an IP conflict, so just network config error. Nothing wrong with the cradle in the end.
- GimmieJul 16, 2019AspirantI have the same exact problem and it’s not clear to me how to solve it. If it’s because of IP conflict! How can I overcome this issue? Please support.

If it is an IP conflict then you'll have another device in the network which is supplying IP addressess too (acting as a DHCP server). For me, we had a network switch acting as DHCP which was not something I had encountered before. Just try unplugging all the network devices from the back of the cradle (ethernet cables) then connect directly by wifi to see if it works again. You may want to consider doing other suggestions here too (factory reset on it / check firmware) if you keep having difficulties. If you only have a PC (no wifi) then only connect the PC directly to the cradle (nothing in between) to test if it works that way, hope this helps

Thank you for your response, and sorry for delay!
actually there is no connected devices to the smart cradle, and what is really weird to me when i try to dock my Aircard 790s to the cradle it only charge my Aircard 790s!, BUT when i connect it using the usb port it works with no issues woth passing the internet through it.
now i am losing a usb port which i may use for external storage as media center.
if the Aircard 790s working fine with usb and pass the internet on IP 192.168.1.4 which is the default, is it a problem of the port itself i need to configure on the cradle or what?!!!
