NETGEAR AirCard Smart Cradle (DC112A) asking for password

hi

My NETGEAR AirCard Smart Cradle (DC112A) asking for password when I try to connect with it and its not allow to connect, And I must switch the router off and switch it on again to connect without askin the password!!

I try to rest the router but the problem still there .

    Hello e3radi

     

    By default the router password should be password and have you tried to do a factory reset by holding in the reset button on the back for 10 seconds.

      Yes I try that but still after that the problem return again
