Netgear Aircard Smart Cradle (DC112A) failure

Question

My Netgear DC112A wireless router has the following issues:

1. Cooling fans stuck on

2. The 4 network port lights are all on and green..there is only 2 devices connected

3. The wireless LAN is not working

I have tried to reset it (hold reset for 7 sec)..but nothing happens. Anyone got any ideas ?
