NETGEAR AirCard Smart Cradle (DC112A)
WTF is going on with Netgear's Technical Support and their DC112A Aircard Cradle. I have been on the phone (on IGNORE) for THREE HOURS AND FIFTY MINUTES!!! THIS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT / CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD - BAR NONE! PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!

When will DC112a crade support AC800s? I believe we are waiting for a patch? Can you give us a timeframe for when this patch will land? Any information would help.
