      I do not get any messages. On my Windows 7 laptop, if I click on "Mass Storage" that appears in Netgear USB Control Center, then a window appears that displays the contents of my USB drive. My USB drive also appears under "Network" in "My Computer".

       

      I do not get any messages. On my Windows 10 laptop, if I click on "Mass Storage" that appears in Netgear USB Control Center, then a "My Computer" window appears, but my USB drive's contents are NOT shown. My USB drive does NOT appears under "Network" in "My Computer".
