Netgear m1 no battery in

Hi all I leave my Netgear m1 plugged in to the mains all the time is it ok to leave the battery in it or take battery out thank you&nbsp;

I think I remember reading that if you're planning on running it 24/7, to remove the battery.&nbsp;
