Netgear M2, Spare batteries not supported

I ordered two spare batteries from Ali Express and although they are exactly the same as my original battery, they are "not supported".

- Follow up: Ali Express Seller has said there are two versions of the battery and the one they sent is incompatible for my M2 and I should open a dispute. I complied and instantly received a full refund. I now have two unwanted useless batteries and do not know the correct version to order or even identify it. Can anyone enlighten me please ?
