Netgear M6 Pro not charging
Hello
My netgear m6 pro won’t charge with the battery in. I just get a message saying “battery level too low. Charge for a few minutes before powering on”. However I have left it over 24 hours & it still says the same. I’ve also tried a different charger than the original but still no luck. Any one got any recommendations?

Is it in warranty?
Some lithium batteries won't charge if they drop below a certain voltage.
You could pull the battery out and check its actual voltage. it could be bad, or to low to start charging.
I've seen that happen and there's ways around it but they void the warranty and can be dangerous.
If the battery temperature is about 45oC or above, it will stop charging due to battery safety. I often put the device on the square USB cooling fan, it keeps my Netgear M6 Pro around 40oC then the charging is good.
