Netgear Mobile App blocked notifications
Hello everyone. I've been unable to find a solution to this issue. It's weird enough that Android has this app under System apps. But the OS will not allow notifications from the Mobile App ...
Checked my Android pad for this as well. System notifications in the Android for the app doesn't list this app in it's notification area. However navigating thru the Mobile app, it gets to the system notification area for me. The notifications are disabled for this app and can't be enabled on the Android side. Not sure if this is a NG app or Android OS issue.
I see from that Google store shows, the app is from 2024 so two years old and nothing newer. Wondering if Mobile app is going EoL. Know from the MR7 series, it doesn't use the Mobile app, it uses the Insight app. NG may have cut off continued support past the MR6 series for the Mobile app.
