Netgear MR1100 Frozen on data and days remaining
My netgear MR1100 is frozen on data and days remaining. Any ideas ?

Do you mean that it is not reporting these details somewhere?
By the way, it may not matter, but you have posted your message in the section of this community given over to Nighthawk WiFi Routers. (This is easily done, given Netgear's impenetrable community structure.)

Does show data and days left but has not changed for 17 days, even after recharging yesterday. Is there an easy way to factory reset ?

Just about everything allows that.
If you visit the support pages:
you can feed in the model number and find all the documentation for your hardware.
Look for factory reset but be warned that it wipes out your settings.
