hey i’m having the same issue, connect my xbox via ethernet, which i have confirmed it works on ethernet and i can’t get anything, wifi works fine, i have a m6 pro

Possibly the same issue, but there can be various reasons for a particular set of synmptoms.
To start with, what about the suggestion from ArodiD?
Rule that out before moving on to other possibilities.
- i ended up getting it working after removing the battery and going to AC mode, trying it on ethernet offloading on my laptop, to no avail as expected and then disabled offloading again and it started to work on my pc. i then returned it back to my xbox and it’s working. i tried all of this on my xbox prior and it didn’t work for some reason.

If you need to use ethernet port, please go to Power Manager and set the Power Profile as Performance or use the device without battery.
When device is in Performance mode, Ethernet speed is set as 1Gbps. When it is operated in no battery operation mode, the port is set as 2.5Gbps.
