Please PM the following information: 

 

- IMEI number
- Run speedtest and provide results
- Current FW
- SIM card used

I have the exact same model and problem, i am trying to update and it doesnt let me, i am also on the firmware as original poster mentioned before, and original at&t sim card, any help would be appreciated as i want my router to be updated to the latest version please.
