Hello,
I have 2 questions:
1. How can I unlock my sim PINCODE on the netgear nighthawk M1? I have a Swiss SIMCard and also the DATA is not working either.
2. when I put in a French SIM Card (SFR.fr) : the data roaming does not work??
can you please help me?

    Please let me know your device SKU. Most of our devices are not MEP locked.

      my SKU is MR100-100EUS.

        Seems like your SIM card has PIN code enabled. You need to log in to MR1100 WebUI to enter the SIM PIN. Or the SIM will not work for data.

         

        For using French SIM, please log in to WebUI and enter correct APN for the SIM card. Please refer to the QSG or User Manual for how to do this.
