Nighthawk Hotspot

Any help is appreciated, I live in a very rural area, so I was so excited when I found a solution for online gaming, the ATT nighthawk hotspot. I always had a very consistent 57 ping, for about 6 months, then overnight, it jumped to 95, and has been there for the past 2 months.. I’ve tried every trouble shooting there is (as far as I know) but to no avail... anyone have thoughts on the cause of this???
