Nighthawk LTE hotspot + max AT&T speed
Today's news: "Speed tests conducted by PCMag show AT&T's LTE network putting up speeds of 537Mbps in downtown Chicago. The test was conducted using a retail Galaxy S9 on AT&T's regular LTE network,...

Hi nhantenna,
Smile, yeah, never gonna beat an S9, Samsung has the best Qualcomm baseband and RF implementations hands down. Have for years. And this from an Apple "fanboy" (-:
My MR1100 has occassionally hit 80-100Mbit DL for brief periods of time while driving past a Macrocell. I've been able to hit this speed in two location so far:
NJTPK connector to PA TPK near toll plaza / water tower. My iPhone 6s just hit 132Mbit down here a couple days ago.
Ambler exit of PA 309 right near the old Rohm and Haas building. Typically 85-105Mbit.
Peak I've ever seen on my iPhone 6s in Massachusetts is ~147Mbit. So far, MR1100 hasn't come close. Typically 30-60Mbit
The FCC filing information clearly shows CA and CA RF testing, though in practice I've not seen it active on the MR1100 so far. I have significant doubts that the device has cellular MIMO implemented (or perhaps its there but not enabled). I see no mention of it in the FCC filings.
So given that my antiquated 6s hits these speeds without CA and without MIMO either AT&T's network hasn't been upgraded yet or the MR1100 is dragging.
