Nighthawk LTE Mobile hotspot router Data usage not displayed

Question

My router no longer shows the data usage on the device display or on the web management page.&nbsp; The data used in the session is displayed but the balance is not there anymore.&nbsp; I have tried the reset button twice but that didn't fix the issue.&nbsp; I also checked the firmware update but it says I'm on the most current version NTG9X50C_12.06.21.00.&nbsp;&nbsp;
