Nighthawk M1 4g blocked by career

hello, yes my device got the same problem now, the nighthawk m1 is not working with 4G frequency, it only connects to 3G which sucks.
i even bought a netgear orbi from amazon to use them together, now BOTH of them are useless!
please give us a solution to do something about this.
other Huawei routers can do something about this by changing the IMEI.
but on netgear routers we cant do that, please.
we payed alot of money for netgear devices and now they're not usable.
