Nighthawk M1 4g blocked by career

The company STC has blocked
4G with nighthawk m1
All type of network band of 4g,
alot of people have this device they
can use only 3G band
Which is very slow , behave of other owners
I ask the developers to find a salotion
For this problem , I believe that the company blocked it , because i have other huw device and it works perfectly , thanks

- good afternoon, I have the same problem like other users of that modem am in saudi arabia STC company has blocked all 4g bands this morning now the router became useles hope the devlopers can find soultion for us by new update or even change IMEI.
The same problem is AirCard 810S blocking 700/1800
We need a way to change the IMEI

I am a Saudi merchant and soon imported 180 pieces of 810s Netgear. Today, 4g frequencies have been turned off from STC Saudi Telecom, who is responsible for my big financial loss?! What is the root cause here ? Surely Netgear has nothing to do if some cell operator is doing some weird things with its 4G spectrum.

All bands are working on phones ... and there are some ways to make it works on Huawei routers..
so , we just need any way to make it work again on GREAT NEATGEAR ROUTERS.
bacaus it's not comparable by any others .
Still the 4G bands blocked by STC company ... this is the worst thing to be happened, I do have a believe that the greatest company NETGEAR can act accordingly.B40 only !!!

Hello every one,,,
I have 2 routers AC810s And 1 router AC800s, Blocked FDD frequencies (B1) 2100 MHz + (B3) 1800 MHz + (B28) 700 MHz, Just work FDD (B40) 2300 MHz it's low speed frequency and 3G only.
We need to solve this problem and unblocking FDD frequencies.
