Nighthawk m1 (att version) stuck in bootloop

My nighthawk m1 is stuck in a bootloop. The netgear icon comes on and the orange light comes on then it goes out and the screen goes black for a second and starts over again. It does this 5 or 6 times then turns off and you have to remove the battery to get it to come back on. 

I have tried it plugged in and not plugged, I tried starting with the battery removed and still get the same thing. The reset button does not seem to affect it at all.
