Any updates on fix please? Here in Japan for a further week and then off to HK, suspect issue will be there also.

Units reboots with any sim, other than a Telstra sim.

Netgear  engineer understand this case about reboots device issue although have new firmware update  but  still  have some  problem. Give them time to find and  fix  issue.

  • Any updates on fix please? This one was identified as an issue some months ago now. Is there a beta firmware to even test please?
  • I get some firmware to test, but still waiting netgear fix issue.
  • I'd be happy to test also? I'm heading to USA this Sat for a week and suspect the issue I saw in Japan and HK with other carrier sims will also occur there. Keen to try a fix.
  • If you place any sim that's not a Telstra sim in device, it reboots every few minutes and crashes. You can enter new APNs but it still crashes. I've seen many others also complain about this, so confident it's firmware, not my unit. Tried in Japan, Hong Kong and New Zealand with other sims, all crash unit within min.
  • Given product has been on market for three months now, it's really time to fix this Netgear. Do Telstra customers know when purchasing this router, it doesn't roam on other international networks?
