NIGHTHAWK M1 BOOTLOOP

Hi all, 

My modem wont start after updating it , since it's on boot loop

    Have you tried factory resetting? 

    Please remove and put the battery back in then press the reset button of the device. 

    May we please know the device SKU (MR1100-xxxx)?

      Hi , 

      Thanks for your answer 

       

      Yes I did the resetin different with and without different SIM , Battery , Rest power off and power on .

       

      I did try the FTFP server to install the update without success 

       

      I do not have the serial number as I sent it to a friend to have a look on it , I will get back with the number as soon as I have it .

       

      I think it need to be completly flashed , I do not know the way to do it
