Nighthawk M1 data usage not displayed

After the most recent software upgrade, my M1 stopped displaying data usage. I took it into a Telstra shop, and they did a factory reset. Now it displays "Detecting service". It still connects to the...

    Fshow , thank you for the update and glad to know that it is now working. 

     

    Hi Blanco, 

     

    Went back to Telstra first with what i found reccommended elsewhere in the forum. 

     

    Kindly get in touch with Telstra and have them double check to ensure that it reached the billing server.. 

     

    Back online now and sorted, thanks for following up with me.
