Hi, like the above user, I too have lost Data Information since updating the firmware to NTG9X50C_12.06.02.00.
I have tried to roll back the firmware and upload the fix suggested with Firmware file
MR1100-1TLAUS_23113199_NTG9x50C_10.25.01.01_00_TELSTRA_03.22.secc but get a an "Invalid Update File. Error Code 16" every time.
I know this isnt a Telstra issue as this all worked fine until this latest Firmware upgrade. Can you please help me here as this is driving me nuts. What else can be done here to fix this?
Thanks
Luke

Any update on this issue.
I foolishily updated the firmware last week and should have checked these forums first. T
The previous firmware was working perfectly.
Current Firmware is NTG9X50C_12.06.02.00
Trying to roll back by installng older formware produces an error message.
